RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At BATHALY, each product is created and packaged with care. Due to the nature of our products, returns are accepted only under specific conditions.


Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only if:

• The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
• The return request is made within 14 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase is provided

Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:

• Body washes
• Any personal care product
• Any item with a broken seal

These products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.


Candles

Candles may be returned if:

• They are unused
• They are returned in original condition and packaging
• The return is approved by us in advance


Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

We recommend using tracked shipping for all returns.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

In these cases, we will offer:

• A replacement, or
• A refund at our discretion

Failure to report damage within this timeframe voids eligibility.


Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Refunds may be refused if:

• The item shows signs of use
• The item is not returned in original condition
• The return does not meet eligibility requirements


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
Returned items must be refunded and reordered separately if approved.


Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse returns that:

• Show signs of misuse or tampering
• Appear to be used or partially used
• Are returned without authorisation
• Are abusive of the return process
