This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed with BATHALY are processed and delivered.
Orders are prepared for dispatch according to order size:
1–20 items: up to 2 business days
21–100 items: up to 7 business days
100+ items: up to 12 business days
Large-volume or custom orders may require additional preparation time.
Processing times begin once payment is confirmed and do not include shipping time. During peak periods, preparation times may be extended.
Delivery time begins once the order has been dispatched:
United Kingdom: approximately 4–7 business days
European Union: approximately 4–7 business days
United States: approximately 2–5 business days
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight.
Prices may change without notice due to carrier rate adjustments.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees charged by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear depending on the carrier.
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.
BATHALY is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier once the parcel is in transit.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at checkout.
If a parcel is returned due to:
an incorrect or incomplete address,
refusal of delivery,
failure to collect from a carrier location,
any re-shipping or return costs will be deducted from any refund issued.
For international orders:
Customers are responsible for compliance with local import regulations.
Customs delays are outside our control and do not qualify for refunds.
Refusal to pay customs charges may result in the parcel being abandoned or returned at the customer’s expense.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
Delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, or public holidays are outside our control and do not entitle customers to shipping refunds.
